Idly Chutney :) Filter Coffee

I just realized something this morning! The simple combination of Idly + Coconut Chutney + Strong Filter Coffee is so blissful! Call me a glutton or a bakasuri, but good food definitely gives satisfaction! Now the actual story behind making this simple breakfast is that:

  • When you cook idly, do not put the cooker whistle, let the dough cook in plain steam for super soft idlis!
  • When you cook chutney, make sure the salt and chilli quantitites is appropriate, else the entire taste goes for a toss!
  • When you make filter coffee, the milk + dicoction proportion should be accurate for a good coffee!

Everything in life needs brains and efforts, else it goes for a waste! - A simple learning from my amma's cooking!!!
